Our twist on a classic Tiki cocktail brings together the tangy zest of ruby grapefruit, pineapple, and lime with a medley of light spices - cinnamon, ginger, allspice, and clove. A light wheat malt base, enriched with gingerbread spiced malt and molasses during the boil, is aged on American oak soaked in rum. This concoction is zesty, fruity, complex and sour - a true Tiki delight with everything but the kitchen sink!
